Das Urheberrecht soll weiterhin erhalten bleiben. Änderungen werden nur das Private betreffen. Die kommerziellen Rechte bleiben natürlich beim Autor. Wir sind nicht dafür, dass Produktpiraterie legalisiert wird. Das ist und bleibt ein Verbrechen.

Translation:

It is very important, that the mainstream media starts to get this point! The pirate party wants to support the culture and the artists producing this culture.
It would be really nice if the media would stop telling everyone, that the goal of the party is to “get everything for free on the internet”. But that is of course the easy way to put it. Who wants to think and differentiate? [rant off]
